Welcome to Slycrafts. By accessing our website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Business Information
Slycrafts is owned and operated by SLYCRAFTS ONLINE SHOP, a business registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Philippines.
2. Products
Slycrafts offers 3D-printed products and related items.
Our products are manufactured using 3D printing technology. Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, individual items may have minor differences in appearance and finish.
These may include layer lines, minor surface imperfections, support marks, slight variations in texture, and differences in color or shade between filament batches.
Such variations are normal characteristics of 3D printing and are not necessarily considered defects.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, measurements, photographs, colors, and other product information are accurate. However, actual colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting, and filament batch.
3. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product designs and specifications without prior notice.
If we are unable to fulfill an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include an alternative product or refund, where applicable.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Philippine Pesos (PHP), unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed or produced, unless otherwise agreed by Slycrafts.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, or listing errors. If an order was placed due to an obvious pricing or system error, we may contact the customer before proceeding with the order.
5. Orders and Production
Many of our products are made to order. Production time may vary depending on the product, quantity, order volume, and current production workload.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before completing checkout, including:
- Product
- Quantity
- Color
- Size or variant
- Shipping information
- Other selected options
Once an order has entered production, changes to the order may no longer be possible.
6. Customer-Provided Files and Designs
For orders involving customer-provided 3D models, artwork, images, dimensions, or other files, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct and suitable for production.
Slycrafts is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect dimensions, unsuitable files, design errors, missing details, or other issues contained in customer-provided materials.
By submitting a file or design, the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights or permission to use the material and request its reproduction.
Slycrafts reserves the right to decline an order if we reasonably believe that fulfilling the request may violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
7. Intellectual Property
All original product designs, photographs, graphics, logos, text, and other content created by Slycrafts remain the property of Slycrafts unless otherwise stated.
Customers may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, modify, resell, or commercially exploit Slycrafts' original designs or content without prior permission.
Third-party designs, trademarks, characters, logos, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.
Slycrafts is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Once an order has been handed over to the selected courier or delivery provider, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, weather, holidays, operational issues, or other unforeseen events.
If an order is returned to Slycrafts because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or failure to receive the package, additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery.
9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Photos of the packaging may also be requested for items damaged during shipping.
We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

10. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are handled according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Because many of our products are made to order, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or our Cancellation & Refund Policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable Philippine laws.
11. Product Use and Safety
Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and for their intended purpose.
Some 3D-printed products may not be suitable for high temperatures, direct exposure to heat, food contact, outdoor use, structural applications, or other specialized purposes unless specifically stated in the product listing.
Customers should follow any product-specific instructions or warnings provided with their order.
Slycrafts is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not designed.
12. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, occasional typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update product information, prices, availability, or other website content when necessary.
13. Privacy
Personal information provided during an order or through our website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
Slycrafts may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will be posted on this page, and the updated date will be indicated at the top.
